Chiral Molecules

Chiral Molecules

Development of scalable processes and commercial scale manufacturing of chiral molecules.

TM-catalyzed asymmetric reductions

Dynamic and classical resolutions

Utilization of abundant natural starting materials (Chiral Pool).

Organo- and Bio-catalysis.

Large range of chiral HPLC, Prep-LC and GC systems.

Heterocycles

We have continued to develop our expertise in the preparation of other sulfur containing compounds including for example thiazoles, thiols, benzothiophenes and thiiranes.

Special considerations are required around safety and comfort when manufacturing sulphur containing compounds and we have established best practices

Organometallic Chemistry

Organometallic Chemistry

Developing processes involving the use transition metals on production scale requires a high level of attention to details and an understanding of the factors affecting reaction performance.

The target of the challenge is to deliver a scalable, repeatable, and cost-efficient process. We have experience in delivering competitive processes for a range of TM catalyzed reactions including cross coupling, amination and borylation reactions.

Our GMP facilities includes cryogenic capabilities.

Transition Metal Catalysis

We have developed expertise in the preparation of a range of amino acid analogs, including amino alcohols, un-natural amino acids and N-Carboxy-Anhydrides NCAs.
